摘要
为了阐明木素在热裂解过程中的化学结构的变化,本文研究了杨木磨木木素在高温下(350-600℃)的裂解规律,裂解产物随着温度的变化而出现显著的差异。在温度较低的阶段(350-450℃),木素结构侧链上的键能较低的连接键的断裂,得到比较多的酚类和芳基酮类。而在温度比较高的阶段(500-600℃),产物中除了酚类和更多的芳基酮类以外,还进一步降解生产了呋喃类衍生物及烃类,说明在高温下酚类低分子化合物进一步发生了开环和重排。
In order to elucidate the chemical structure changes of lignin in the pyrolysis process,the thermo degradation mechanism of poplar milled wood lignin is investigated under high temperature condition( 350- 600℃).The compositions of the pyrolysis products vary with the change of temperature. Some weak chemical linkages in lignin side chain are cleavged in the low temperature stage( 350- 450℃). A lot of phenol and aryl ketone derivatives were obtained. In the higher temperature stage( 500- 600℃),furan derivatives and hydrocarbons were produced through further degradation in addition to phenols and more aryl ketones. At higher temperature,low molecule-weight phenolic compounds were undergone aromatic ring- open and structural rearrangement.
