摘要
近年来,超疏水表面由于其特殊的润湿性吸引了人们的广泛关注。本文概述了超疏水表面的两种润湿模型,并分析比较了超疏水纸张的制备方法,包括浸渍法、化学刻蚀法、电泳沉积法、静电纺丝法、化学气相沉积法、等离子体刻蚀法以及喷涂法等。同时阐述了超疏水纸张在油水分离、防潮包装以及自清洁等领域的应用,旨在对具有高附加值的超疏水纸张的研究开发提供借鉴。
Recent years,superhydrophobic surfaces have attracted wide attention of people due to its special wettability. In this paper,two wetting models for superhydrophobic surfaces were summarized. And then some methods for preparing superhydrophobic papers were also analyzed,including dipping method,wet chemical etching,electrophoretic deposition,electrospinning,chemical vapor deposition,plasma etching process,spray- coating method and so on. At the same time,the applications of superhydrophobic papers in the fields of oil- water separation,moisture resistance packaging and self- cleaning were expounded,the purpose of which was to provide reference for the research and development of superhydrophobic papers with high added value.
