摘要
采用常规化学分析对红松木片碱法蒸煮化学浆黑液污染特性及特征污染物进行了分析研究。结果表明,黑液中含有较高溶解性有机污染物,可生化性较差,颜色较深;黑液有机物中含有苯环、羰基、羟基、醚基、碳碳双键等官能团,其中羰基是重要的发色基团,羟基、醚基是助色基团,羰基与苯环上的碳碳双键形成共轭,加深黑液的色度;黑液中有机成分非常复杂,主要是木素和纤维素的降解产物,包括芳香族化合物、有机酸类、酮类、烷烃类、烯类和杂环化合物,芳香族化合物含量最高,峰面积相对含量达到76.84%。
In this paper,pollution feature and characteristic pollutants of black liquor of Pinus koraiensis wood chips alkaline cooking chemical pulp were analyzed via common chemical assays. The results show that the black liquor is of high dissolved organic pollutants,bad biodegradation,dark color. It suggests that benzene ring,carbonyl,hydroxyl,ether,C = C are the main organic pollutants structures of black liquor. Carbonyl being chromophoric group and hydroxyl and ether being auxochrone groups,conjugation structures between carbonyl groups and C = C double bonds contribute to the black liquor color. The compounds detected in the black liquor consist of aromatic compounds that the content is the most among others which contributes to 68. 08%( relative percentage) of areas,organic acids,ketones,alkanes,alkenes and heterocyclic compounds are mainly attributed to lignin- derived substances.
