中哈产能合作对于推进中国"一带一路"建设和哈萨克斯坦国家发展战略意义重大。本文从金融支持中哈产能合作的角度,利用聚集效应理论分析了中哈产能合作的市场、资源、效率和战略因素,并在上述因素基础上提出了在一定条件下金融支持中哈产能合作的几点认识。

Industrial capacity cooperation has vital significance for both China’s Road and Belt initiative and Khazakstan’s national development strategy.This paper proposes financing views in support of Sino-Khazakstani industrial capacity cooperation following an analysis of market,resource,efficiency and strategic factors thereto based on the Theory of Agglomeration Effect.
