动物布病有效防控的质性研究在人布鲁氏菌病防控中的作用

A qualitative research exploring the effective brucellosis control in the context of human brucellosis control

目的探讨若要实现人布鲁氏菌病有效防控,在动物疫病防控中应采取的宏观策略和具体措施需求,为今后完善人布鲁氏菌病防控体系提供参考。方法通过在市级疾病预防控制中心、市级畜牧兽医局、市级动物疫病预防控制中心、市级动物卫生监督所的布鲁氏菌病防控专业人员进行质性深度访谈,运用扎根理论的研究方法对面谈资料进行收集、整理和分析。结果在访谈至第6位专家时,访谈资料已达到饱和状态。参与调查的专家一致认为应该在制度层面、技术层面和资金层面全面保障动物疫病的有效防控。访谈中还指出要重视养殖户对动物疫病防控管理制度和措施的重要能动作用。结论在人间布鲁氏菌病防控体系中重视动物疫病的有效防控,对于人间疫情控制目标的实现和防控体系的完善有重要作用。

Objective To deeply explore prevention and control strategies and measures for animal brucellosis from the version of brucellosis prevention and control workers, aiming at providing evidence for improving human brucellosis prevention and con- trol system. Methods Those brucellosis prevention and control workers who had been working in the municipal center for disease control and prevention, the municipal animal husbandry and veterinary bureau, the municipal animal disease prevention and control center and the municipal animal health supervision station were invited to the qualitative in - depth interview. And then the interview data was collected, sorted and analyzed with the support of grounded theory. Results Interview information reached the saturation till the sixth expert. All of the recruited experts agreed that the effective zoonosis control should be guaranteed at three dimensions of system, technology and finance. More attention of the active role of breeders was indicated in the focus inter- view. Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the prevention and control of zoonoses for achieving the goal of corresponding human epidemic control.
