雷州半岛鼠形动物鼠疫血清间接血凝监测最佳有效时期的探讨

Investigation on the best valid period of plague IHA of rat-shaped animals in Leizhou Peninsula

目的探索雷州半岛鼠形动物鼠疫血清间接血凝(IHA)监测最佳时期。方法用圆形分布法对1973-2015年雷州半岛鼠疫监测数据进行统计分析。结果在雷州半岛家鼠鼠疫疫源地,鼠形动物鼠疫血清间接血凝最有效检出时点在11月28~29日,50%发生在10月~次年1月、75%集中在8月~次年3月之间;其中黄胸鼠最有效检出时点在11月18~19日,黄毛鼠在10月11~12日,臭鼩鼱在12月26~27日。结论雷州半岛鼠形动物鼠疫血清监测最佳时期在11~12月。

Objective To explore the best valid period of plague IHA of rat - shaped animals in Leizhou Peninsula. Methods The plague surveillance data in Leizhou Peninsula from 1973 to 2015 were analyzed with circular distribution method. Results The best detecting time of IHA of rat - shaped animals was in November 28 - 29 in the plague natural foci of Leizhou Peninsula, and 50% plague outbroke from October to January the next year, 75% plague concentrated from August to March the next year. The best detecting time of Rattus flavipectus was in November 18 - 19; Rattus losea was in October 11 ^-12; Suneus muri- nus was in December 26 - 27. Conclusion The best valid period of serum surveillance of rat - shaped animals in Leizhou Penin- sula was from November to December.
