三清方饮料清热作用观察

Study on antipyretic effect of Sanqingfang beverages

目的观察三清方饮料对干酵母所致SD大鼠发热的解热作用以及对胃热证模型大鼠基础代谢的影响。方法通过皮下注射20%酵母悬液后测定各组1、2、4、6、8、9 h的体温;采用1 g/ml干姜水煎剂结合8%干辣椒粉乙醇混悬液灌服的方法制备胃热证模型大鼠,检查给药前后各组动物舌色、粪便质地及尿液颜色等临床症状,检测24 h摄食量、饮水量、粪便量、尿量,肉眼观察胃粘膜病理变化。结果酵母悬液注射后8、9 h高峰期,三清方饮料高剂量组的体温升高值较空白对照组低;与模型组相比,三清方饮料组饮水量、粪便量、尿量有所减少,整体胃粘膜充血现象减轻、无糜烂,胃粘膜病变分数显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论经口给予6.36 g/kg剂量的三清方饮料对干酵母所致SD大鼠发热有一定的解热作用,经口给予3.18 g/kg剂量的三清方饮料能缓解胃热证模型大鼠的饮水量增加、胃粘膜充血等部分胃热证相关症状和体征,具有一定的清胃热作用。

Objective To observe the antipyretic effect of Sanqingfang beverages on the dry yeast induced fever in rats and the effect on the basis of the metabolism of rat model with stomach heat syndrome. Methods After subcutaneous injection of 20% yeast suspension 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 - hour temperature measured in each group. Using 1 g/ml ginger ale decoction combined with 8% dry paprika ethanol suspension, rats in model were gavaged through stomach, then checked in each group before and after administration of tongue color, texture and color of urine feces and other clinical symptoms, and detected 24 h food intake, drinking water the amount of stool volume, urine, gastric pathological changed visually. Results After the yeast suspension in- jection 8 h, 9 h peak, the temperature of Sanqingfang beverages at high dose group increased value lower than the negative con- trol group ; compared with the model group, the groups of Sanqingfang beverage reduced on water intake, amount of manure and urine output; overall gastric hyperemia were relieved and found no erosion. Conclusion Orally administered 6. 36 g/kg dose of Sanqingfang berverages for dry yeast induced fever SD rats have some antipyretic effect, orally administered 3.18g/kg dose can relieve stomach syndrome of water intake increasing, gastric mucosal congestion syndrome and some other stomach - related symptoms and signs. Sanqingfang berverages has a certain role of clearance stomach hotmethods.
