植入式静脉输液港25例相关感染原因分析与处理对策

Analysis and strategy on 25 cases of implanted port-related infection

目的分析植入式静脉输液港相关感染的发生原因及处理对策。方法回顾性分析2013年12月~2016年7月植入式静脉输液港的2 315例病人的临床资料,对发生的感染病例进行统计分析。结果 2 315例植入式静脉输液港病人中共发生导管相关感染25例,感染率1.08%。10例发生导管内相关血行感染,感染率0.43%,其中4例取港、6例经抗生素导管内封管后正常使用;15例发生局部感染,感染率0.65%,其中6例取港、9例经手术调整及护理后正常使用。结论植入式静脉输液港相关感染的原因与病人免疫力低下、医护人员无菌观念较差、技术不熟练、健康宣教不到位密切相关。应加强专业团队的建设及健康宣教工作,做到医、护、患三方共同配合,才能有效降低植入式静脉输液港相关感染的发生率。

Objective To analyze the causes and countermeasures of the infection of implanted Infusion port. Methods The clinical data of 2 315 patients with venous stasis in December were analyzed retrospectively, and the statistical analysis of the ca- ses of infection. Results There were 25 cases of catheter - related infection in 2 315 patients with venous stasis, and the infec- tion rate was 1.08%. Among them, 10 cases were circulation of blood blood flow infection, the infection rate was 0. 43%, 4 ca- ses were qugang, 6 cases were normal use of antibiotics within the catheter; 15 cases had local infection, infection rate of 0.65%, among them 6 cases were removed, 9 cases were adjusted after operation and normal use after nursing. Conclusion The causes of venous infusion port infection are closely related to the low immunity, poor concept of medical personnel, poor technical and health education. We should strengthen the construction of professional team and health education, and achieve the common cooperation between doctors, nurses and patients, can effectively reduce the incidence of Infusion port infection.
