摘要 全封闭SF6组合电器(GIS)设备因为小型、无油化、安全性好、检修周期长、可靠性高等优点得到大力推广,近年来在电力系统中被广泛采用,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。在GIS组合电器投入运行后,发现造成设备故障停电的重要原因是GIS设备SF_6泄漏使气室压力降低导致瓷瓶击穿。分析一起GIS设备漏气原因,制定处理方案,并针对GIS设备SF_6泄漏提出改进建议。 The gas insulated switehgear (GIS) has been widely used in electric power system for the past few years. The equipment has the advantages of small, oil free, security, long maintenance cycle and high reliability, good economic and social benefits. However, some reasons have led to the equipment break down while working. One of the important reasons is the leakage of SF6 in GIS equipment. The leakage will decrease the gas pressure of air chamber, and result in porcelain breakdown. In this paper, causes of gas leakage are analyzed, the treatment scheme is completed, and improvement suggestions of reducing gas leakage are proposed for GIS equipment.
