2种方法治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折疗效比较

Comparison of two methods in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fractures in the elderly

目的比较肱骨近端锁定钢板与常规牵引复位疗法治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法将老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者62例随机分为研究组和对照组各31例,研究组采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗,对照组采用常规牵引复位疗法,比较2组临床疗效及骨折愈合时间、骨痂形成时间、负重能力恢复时间。结果研究组总有效率为93.55%高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合时间、骨痂形成时间、负重能力恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人肱骨外科颈骨折采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗效果优于常规牵引复位治疗,患者远期预后功能恢复良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of proximal humerus locking plate and conventional traction reduction in the treatment of senile surgical neck fractures of humerus. Methods 62 elderly patients with surgical neck fractures of humerus were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 31 cases in each group. The study group was treated with proximal humerus locking plate,and the control group was treated with conventional traction reduction therapy. The clinical curative effect and the time of fracture healing,the time of callus formation and the recovery time of weight bearing capacity between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group（ 93. 55%） was higher than that of the control group（ 80. 65%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The healing time of fracture,the time of callus formation and the recovery time of loading capacity of study group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of humerus surgical neck fractures in elderly patients with proximal humeral locking plate is better than conventional traction reduction therapy,and the long-term prognosis of patients with good functional recovery,worthy of clinical application.
