七宝美髯丹方加减在脂溢性脱发临床治疗中的应用

Qibao beards folk prescription to add and subtract in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia

目的观察七宝美髯丹方加减治疗脂溢性脱发的效果。方法将脂溢性脱发患者86例采用电脑随机抽取的方式分为观察组与对照组,各43例。观察组给予七宝美髯丹方加减治疗,对照组给予维生素B6和胱氨酸治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗前2组症状积分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组症状积分均降低,且观察组各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.02%高于对照组的69.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七宝美髯丹方加减治疗脂溢性脱发的临床效果显著,症状积分改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Qibao beards folk prescription to add and subtract in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia. Methods 86 patients with seborrheic alopecia divided into observation group and control group randomly by computer randomly,43 cases in each. The observation group was given qibao beards folk prescription to add and subtract,the control group was given vitamin B6 and cystine treatment,the clinical efficacy between two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,the symptom scores between the two groups showed no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the symptom scores were decreased the,and symptom scores of observation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group（ 93. 02%） was higher than that of control group（ 69. 77%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of qibao beards folk prescription to add and subtract in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia symptoms improved significantly,which is worthy of clinical application.
