摘要
利用水溶液聚合法制备出一系列不同分子质量、不同阳离子度的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)的共聚物P(DMDAAC-AM),并对其进行红外光谱表征。考察了引发剂质量分数、pH、单体总质量分数对相对分子质量和转化率的影响,以及p H对产物溶解度的影响。将其用于辽河含油污水的絮凝试验,结果表明,阳离子度为15%,相对分子质量为430万的P(DMDAAC-AM)产品絮凝效果最好,投加量为18 mg/L,体系pH=7时,浊度去除率为93%,除油率达98%。
A series of poly( DMDAAC-co-AM) copolymers with different molecular weight and cationic degrees are synthesized through aqueous solution polymerization,using dimethyldiallylammonium chloride( DMDAAC) and acrylamide( AM) as monomers. Infrared spectrometry is used to determine its chemical structure. The effects of mass fraction of initiator,p H and total mass fraction of monomers on relative molecular weight of poly( DMDAAC-co-AM) and conversion of monomers are investigated. The influence of p H on the solubility of the product is also studied. The resultant poly( DMDAAC-co-AM) is applied in the flocculation experiments for oil-containing wastewater treatment in Liaohe Oilfield. The results show that when the cationic degree of poly( DMDAAC-co-AM) is about 15% and relative molecular weight is around 4. 3 million,the flocculating effect is the best. When the dosage is 18 mg/L at pH of 7,the turbidity removal rate is 93% and the removal rate of oil content can be 98%.
