摘要
以4,4-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)和硫氢化钠为单体,N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和水为溶剂,并引入第三单体,制备了聚芳硫醚砜(PASS)树脂。研究了第三单体的种类和用量、含水量对聚芳硫醚砜分子质量和收率的影响。采用马弗炉、乌氏黏度计、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)对PASS树脂进行性能分析。在以1,2,4-三氟氯苯为第三单体,n(DCDPS)∶n(硫氢化钠)∶n(第三单体)=1∶1∶0.2等最佳反应条件下,所得PASS树脂的特性黏数为0.31,收率为89.51%,灰分<0.5%,玻璃化转变温度Tg为227℃,热分解温度Td为412℃。
Poly( arylene sulfide sulfone) PASS was prepared using( 4-chlorophenyl) sulfone( DCDPS) and sodium hydrosulfide as main monomer,N-methyl pyrrolidone( NMP) and water as mixed solvent,and other third monomer. The influence of the type and amount of third monomers,the content of water on the molecular weight and yield of PASS were studied. The performance of PASS was analyzed by DSC,viscometer,and TGA. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the third monomer is 1,2,4-Trifluorobenzene,DCDPS∶ sodium hydrosulfide∶ third monomer = 1∶1∶ 0. 2,H2O∶ sodium hydrosulfide = 10∶ 1,the viscosity of PASS resin is 0. 31,the yield is 89. 51%,Ashes 0. 5%,the Tgis 227℃,the Tdis 412℃.
