跨境电子商务电子报关单信息标准化研究

Research on Standardization of Electronic Customs Declaration Form Information for Cross-order E-commerce

本文针对跨境电子商务服务平台服务内容不规范、对企业上传信息的要求和定义不统一等问题,开展电子报关单信息标准化研究,建立了电子报关单信息模型,统一了电子报关单信息内容。本文对于提高电子报关单信息共享程度、提升货物通关效率和跨境电子商务服务平台运营效率、促进跨境电子商务服务行业健康发展具有重要的指导意义。

The paper studies the standardization of electronic customs declaration form information, develops electronic customs declaration form information model and unifies electronic customs declaration form information contents for the cross-border e-commerce service platforms, to address existing problems such as different service content, requirements and definitions of information uploaded by enterprises at the cross-border e-commerce service platform. The research plays a guiding role in improving the information sharing level of electronic customs declaration form, increasing the customs clearance efficiency of goods and the operating efficiency of the cross-border e-commerce service platforms, and promoting the healthy development of the cross-border e-commerce service industry.
