中国车企参加国际法规工作技术要素研究

Research on Technical Elements in International Auto Regulations

当前,世界各大汽车企业都在中国车市上获得丰满回报,中国自主品牌产品却在国内生存艰难,"走出去"又面临着国际市场准入方面的法规壁垒。国内的汽车研发,被动的被国际法规牵着走。针对此问题,通过研究WP.29-Blue-2012-1Chinese^([1]),找到1958协议和1998协议中规定的国际汽车法规工作技术要素,结合UN ECE r51.03微车法规技术提案的争取成功过程经验总结,指出国际法规为国际汽车巨头贸易服务的具体实现方式,为中国车企提供参加国际标准制修订过程中维护企业利益的方法。

Large auto companies in the world have got enormous profit in China＇s auto market, but Chinese independent brand products are struggling in domestic, foreign trade facing international market regulation barriers. Self-owned auto brand research and development have to comply with international regulation. To remove technology barriers and provide suggestions for Chinese self-owned auto company, the paper conducts research on WP.29-Blue-2012-1 Chinese to figure out the technical elements of international auto regulations and summarizes the experience on UN ECE r51.03 on Chinese micro van and micro truck, providing methods for Chinese auto enterprises to participate in the development and revision of international standards.
