摘要
通过对GB 19147—2016《车用柴油》标准的解读,分析了新、旧标准在内容、技术要求和试验方法等方面的差异,新标准增加了总污染物检验项目,修改了闪点(闭口)、多环芳烃含量和密度指标,为标准的贯彻实施和满足国家第Ⅵ阶段机动车污染物的排放要求在技术指标要求上提供了保证。
Through the interpretation of GB 19147-2016, Automobile diesel fuels, the paper analyzes the differences of contents, technical requirements and test methods between the new standard and the old one. The new inspection item of total pollutant is added and the flash point （closed cup）, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （POLY-AHs） （in terms of mass fraction） and density are revised. All these revisions guarantee the implementation of standard and the satisfaction of the sixth stage national emission requirements of vehicle pollutants in terms of technical index.
