Analysis on the Implementation Effect of Beijing Local Standards on Road Intelligent Traffic Management Facilities

城市道路交通的顺畅越来越受到政府部门的重视,智能化交通管理设施设置成为解决道路拥堵提高道路使用效率的重要措施,高效的设置道路交通设施就需要制定相关的技术标准。本文通过对北京市道路智能化交通管理设施设置地方标准实施情况的分析,提出标准制修订的建议,为道路智能化交通管理设施的设置提供可借鉴的经验和解决问题的思路。

The local government departments have paid more and more attention to the smooth urban traffic, and intelligent traffic administration facilities are becoming important solutions to addressing traffic congestion and improving road occupation efficiency. To efficiently set road traffic facilities, related technical standards shall be developed beforehand. This article analyses the implementation results of Beijing local standard on intelligent road traffic administration facilities, puts forward suggestions for related standards development and revision of related standards, providing ideas of references and solutions for the setting of intelligent road traffic administration facilities.
