基于广东出口贸易数据分析的技术性贸易措施应对研究

Research on Technical Barriers to Trade Based on Guangdong's Export Trade Data Analysis

近年来,技术性贸易措施已然成为阻碍广东省出口的重大非关税壁垒,广东出口形势正深受全球技术性贸易措施的影响。本文借助大数据趋势分析的方法,分别从出口市场、企业类型、分布区域等方面介绍了近年广东省出口企业遭受技术性贸易措施的影响情况,分析了应对机制、技术性贸易措施体系建设、出口市场环境等方面存在的问题,并就地方政府、行业协会、企业三方配合加快推进供给侧结构性改革,促进广东省外贸发展和产业转型升级提出了具体的对策和建议。

In recent years, technical barriers to trade have become the major non-tariff barriers to Guangdong＇s export. Guangdong＇s export situation is being affected by the global technical trade barriers. In this paper, the impact of technical barriers to trade on export enterprises in Guangdong province is discussed from the aspects of export market, types of enterprises and geographic location. Using big data analytic tools, the paper examines the potential issues in response mechanism, the development of technical trade barriers, and the export market environment. It also puts forward specific strategies and suggestions on accelerating the structural reform of supply side and development of foreign trade, as well as industry transformation and upgrading of Guangdong province, in cooperation with local governments, trade associations and enterprises.
