交锁髓内钉治疗创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect by interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of traumatic long tubular bone fracture in lower limbs

目的探究交锁髓内钉治疗创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折的临床效果。方法 84例创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者,按照治疗方案的不同分成对照组与研究组,每组42例。对照组行钢板内固定治疗,研究组行交锁髓内钉固定治疗。比较两组骨折愈合以及并发症情况。结果研究组骨性愈合率为88.10%,高于对照组的61.90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为9.52%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折应用交锁髓内钉治疗能够有效提高患者骨折愈合状况,降低术后并发症发生率,促进关节功能早期康复,具临床推广与应用价值。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of traumatic long tubular bone fracture in lower limbs. Methods A total of 84 traumatic long tubular bone fracture in lower limbs patients were divided by different treatment regimens into control group and research group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received plate internal fixation for treatment, and the research group received interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment. Comparison was made on fracture healing and complications between the two groups. Results The research group had osseous healing rate as 88.10%, which was higher than 61.90% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The research group had total incidence of complications as 9.52%, which was lower than 28.57% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail can effectively improve fracture healing in patients with traumatic long tubular bone fracture in lower limbs, decrease incidence of postoperative complications, and promote early joint function rehabilitation. So this method has clinical popularization and application value.
