摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药对小儿非感染性腹泻的疗效及血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)表达的影响。方法 110例非感染性腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组采用口服补液盐补液,口服益生菌颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后的疗效、治疗前后血清中IL-6、IL-17水平。结果治疗后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率98.18%明显高于对照组85.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的腹泻停止时间(2.5±1.2)d及住院时间(4.4±1.1)d均明显短于对照组(3.9±1.4)、(6.0±1.6)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿血清中IL-6、IL-17水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清中IL-6、IL-17水平(8.11±4.87)、(8.94±3.15)pg/ml均明显低于对照组(10.59±5.73)、(10.97±3.54)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合常规用药,疗效显著,能够明显缩短治疗周期,降低患儿血清中IL-6、IL-17水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets drug combination on pediatric non-infectious diarrhea and its influence on expression of serum interleukin(IL-6) and interleukin(IL-17). Methods A total of 110 non-infectious diarrhea children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received oral rehydration salts for rehydration and probiotics particles for treatment, and the observation group received bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets on the basis of the control group for treatment. Comparison were made on curative effect after treatment, serum IL-6 and IL-17 level before and after treatment between two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 98.18% than 85.45% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had diarrhea stop time as(2.5±1.2) d and hospital stay time as(4.4±1.1) d, which were all shorter than(3.9±1.4) and(6.0±1.6) d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in serum IL-6 and IL-17 level(P〉0.05). After treatment, the observation group had obviously lower serum IL-6 and IL-17 level as(8.11±4.87) and(8.94±3.15) pg/ml than(10.59±5.73) and(10.97±3.54) pg/ml in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Combination of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and conventional drug use shows significant curative effect, which can clearly shorten the treatment cycle, reduce the serum IL-6 and IL-17 in children, and it is worth clinical promotion.
