舒适护理应用于老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者中对其疼痛的影响探析

Investigation of influence by comfortable nursing on pain in senile lumbar vertebra compression fracture patients after operation

目的探究舒适护理应用于老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者中对其疼痛的影响。方法 40例老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理干预,观察分析两组患者的护理满意度、疼痛程度改善情况和并发症状发生率。结果观察组护理满意度(90.00%)明显高于对照组(60.00%)。观察组患者护理后疼痛评分为(3.1±1.1)分优于对照组患者的(4.9±1.6)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为5.00%低于对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用舒适护理干预对老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行干预具有较为突出的临床护理价值。

Objective To investigate influence by comfortable nursing on pain in senile lumbar vertebra compression fracture patients after operation. Methods A total of 40 senile lumbar vertebra compression fracture patients ad study subjects were divided by different nursing measures into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comfortable nursing intervention. Observation and analysis were made on nursing satisfaction, pain degree improvement and incidence of complications in both groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction（90.00%） than the control group（60.00%）. The observation group had better pain score as（3.1±1.1） points than（4.9±1.6） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 5.00% than 30.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comfortable nursing intervention provides excellent clinical nursing value for senile compression fracture patients.
