分析临床护理路径在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用

Analysis of application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing for schizophrenia patients

目的分析临床护理路径(CNP)在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用。方法 100例精神分裂症患者,按照随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组患者采用临床护理路径,对照组患者采用常规护理。观察两组住院情况、知识掌握程度与满意度、治愈率和复发率。结果观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者知识掌握达标率与满意度分别为90.00%、96.00%,均高于对照组的66.00%、76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过临床护理路径对精神病患者进行护理具有较好的临床效果,可以大大减少患者的住院时间与花费,提高患者对疾病的了解,保证治疗的质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze application of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in nursing for schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received clinical nursing pathway, and the control group received conventional nursing. Observation was made on hospitalization condition, mastery degree of knowledge, satisfaction degree, cure rate and recurrence rate in the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter hospital stay time and lower hospitalization cost than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had standard mastery degree rate of knowledge and satisfaction degree respectively as 90.00% and 96.00%, which were all higher than 66.00% and 76.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher cure rate and lower recurrence rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of clinical nursing pathway in nursing for schizophrenia patients provides excellent clinical effect. This method can remarkably shorten hospital stay time, lower hospitalization cost, improve knowledge of disease in patients, and guarantee quality of treatment. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
