复方甘草酸苷片降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

The curative effect observation of glycyrrhizin compound tablets on reducing postherpetic neuralgia

目的观察复方甘草酸苷片降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法观察组与对照组均给予伐昔洛韦300 mg,每日2次口服,用药2周,甲钴胺分散片0.5 mg,每日3次口服,用药3周,患处外用炉甘石洗剂,每日3次。观察组加服复方甘草酸苷片2片,每日3次口服,共2周,皮损消退后1个月判定疗效。结果观察组65例,痊愈54例,痊愈率83.1%;对照组61例,痊愈39例,痊愈率63.9%。观察组平均止痛起效时间及平均痊愈时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01),观察组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗早期加服复方甘草酸苷片可明显缩短止痛起效时间及疼痛痊愈时间,从而减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生,且不良反应少。

Objective To observe the effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets in reducing postherpetic neuralgia. Methods The study group and the control group were given valacyclovir 300 mg, bid, po, for two weeks, methylcobalamin dispersible 0.5 mg, tid, po, for 3 weeks, with calamine lotion applied topically to the affected area, tid. In addition, the observation group took glycyrrhizin compound tablets, 2 tablets, tid, po, for 2 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated at 1 month after the skin rashes disappeared completely. Results The cure rate of the study group and the control group was 83.1%（54/65） and 63.9%（39/61） respectively. The average onset time of analgesia and average healing time of the observation group were signifi cantly shorter than those of the control group（P0.01）, meanwhile the cure rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Early application of glycyrrhizin compound tablets can significantly shorten the onset time of analgesia and pain recovery time, thereby reducing the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and with less adverse reaction.
