Research progress of nail genetic disease

甲作为重要的皮肤附属器之一,具有其独特的生长发育、结构与功能特点。基于其特殊的位置,甲常常受到遗传因素和环境因素双重影响而出现形态各异的改变或病损。有时形成的特征性改变有助于疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断,在遗传性皮肤病中显得尤为重要。该文对相关内容进行综述。

As one of the important skin appendage, nail has unique growth, development, structure and function characteristics. Based on its special position, nails are often infl uenced by genetic and environmental factors and present different patterns of change or lesions. Sometimes the characteristics of the nails＇ changes are helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the nail disease, which is particularly important in the genetic skin disease, and this paper reviews the relevant contents about the theme.
