多元社区视野下的旧城空间——以H市一个流动人口社区为例

Seeing Old City as Arrival City: A Case Study of One Rural-migrant Community in City H under Pluralistic-community Perspective

本文以一个旧城空间的具体实践为例,区分了该空间中三种行动者的立场和实践:城市规划和管理者以及普通市民持有极端现代主义立场,坚信旧城空间需要被清除,转化为一种新的城市秩序;居住在旧城空间中的市民则持有更为复杂和矛盾的立场,作为城市的底层群体,他们关注社区空间的交换价值,却难以改变自己的生存境遇,同时保持对旧城空间和流动人口的排斥;流动人口则将旧城空间构建为生产和生活的空间,使之成为进入城市的"落脚社区"。最终,旧城空间的多元立场与实践表明其城市化意义及对城市多样性构建的重要作用。

Taking a rural-migrant community at the center of City H as an example,this paper elaborated three kinds of actors’value pluralism and practices of the old city.First,the urban administration,the urban planners,as well as those residents with high-modernist position in the community,believe it necessary to clear the old city and the rural migrants.Secondly,the residents in the community have an ambivalent and complicated position.Thirdly,utilizing the space properly,the rural migrants have established an arrival city.Based on the above analysis,this paper emphasizes that the diversity and inclusiveness of old cities is valuable and important for urbanization and urban diversity.
