A Study on Behavioral Logic of the Construction of Social Capital in the Background of Government Purchase Policy: A Case Study of Organization S of District Y in City M

社会组织的研究需要社会资本的理论予以扩充。本文运用林南的社会资本理论模型,着力深描草根养老组织社会资本的建构过程,揭示组织社会资本建构的行动逻辑。研究表明,S组织通过对不平等社会结构的主动适应与策略性运用,及对组织关系网络中多元主体需求的及时洞察与有效回应,成功建构了组织社会资本;互惠共生是S组织建构社会资本的内在机制。

This paper focuses on the construction of social capital of the grassroots organizations for elderly care to reveal the behavioral logic of social organization on the construction of organizational social capital.This study shows that the construction of social capital of S Organization is based on its insight into the unequal power relations of the social structure,and its adaptation and strategic usage of the unequal power relations.Meanwhile,the successful recognition and effective response to the demand of the plural subject in the organizational network also helps significantly.The reciprocal symbiosis is the internal mechanism in the construction of social capital of S organization.
