目的：评估血清CA125在成年女性健康体检中的应用。方法：将792例成年女性健康体检者分为绝经前和绝经后两组，采用化学发光法检测两组体检者晨起空腹外周静脉血血清CA125。结果：绝经前女性cAl25阳性率为10．75％，绝经后女性CA125阳性率为2．47％。绝经前女性与绝经后女性CA125组间均值及阳性率之间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。CA125阳性人群中37例伴随泌尿生殖系统疾病；2例伴随良性胃肠道疾病；5例伴随肝脏胆囊疾病；15例属生理性子宫内膜改变；6例无明显异常。结论：在成年女性健康人群中，血清CA125有一定的阳性率，CA125阳性伴随的疾病以泌尿生殖系统疾病为主，绝经后阳性率呈下降趋势。

Objective： This study aimed to evaluate the application of serum CA125 in the screen program of female adults. Methods： 792 cases of Physical Examinees were separated into two groups menopause group and premenopause group. SerumCA125 were detected by the method of electrochemiluminescence assay. Results： The positive rate was significantly different between the two groups. The rate was obviously lower in the menopause group than that in the premenopause group （P〈0.01） . In the positive population, there were 37 people were with the disease of the urinary and reproductive system; 2 cases were with benign gastrointestinal disease; 5 were with liver or gallbladder disease; 15 people had physiological changes of endometrium; 6 had Non Apparent Abnormality. Conclusion： There is certain positive rate of the serum CA125 in the healthy female adults, furthermore, positive rate is mainly associated with urinary and reproductive system diseases. The measurement and the positive rate tend to decline after 50 years.
