摘要
目的:研究临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌的整合子I和ISCRl的分布情况,并进行ERIC-PCR基因分型。方法:分离临床80株铜绿假单胞菌,ERIC-PCR进行基因分型。PCR检测整合酶I、整合子I、ISCRl以及ISCRl携带的耐药基因。结果:铜绿假单胞菌分为51个基因型,26株整合酶阳性,21株整合子I阳性,2株ISCR1和ISCR1携带的耐药基因阳性。结论:铜绿假单胞菌的整合子I和ISCRI携带率较低,临床可用ERIC-PCR进行铜绿假单胞菌的基因分型。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of class I integrin and ISCR1 in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical species and evaluate the genetic relatedness of these isolates. Methods: Eighty Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated. ERIC- PCR was determined for genotype of these isolates. Class I integrin, class I integrase, ISCR1 and antibiotic resistance genes carried by ISCR1 were performed by PCR. Results: There were 51 genotypes in isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 26 class I integrase positive, 21 class I integrons positive, 2 ISCRI and 2 resistance genes carried by ISCR1 were detected. Conclusions: Class I integrin and ISCRI were low in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. ERIC-PCR is convenient and effective for genotyping of clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
