摘要
目的:分析血液标本离心时间长短对凝血四项检测的干预作用。方法:用抗凝管收集我院血液样本88份。将血液样本放入离心机内以3000r/min的转速将样本离心5min、10min、15min、20min,剖析不同的离心时间对凝血四项纤维蛋白原(Fg)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及离血浆标本进行凝血酶原时间(PT)的影响。结果:离心时间分别为5min、10min、15min、20min时其Fg、APTT、TT、PT的测定结果无明显的差异(P〉0.05)。结论:离心时间对于血液样本的凝血四项检测的干预作用较小,故在进行检测时可以根据实际情况适当的减少离心时间,以增加检测速率。
Objective: To analyze the intervention effect of centrifugafion time of blood sample on the detection of four items of blood coagulation. Methods: 88 cases of blood samples in our hospital were collected in anticoagulant tubes. The blood samples were centrifuged for 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, and 20 man under 3000 r/min. Then, the influence of different centrifugal time for four items of blood fibrinogen (Fg) , activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , thrombin time (TT) and plasma samples of prothrombin time (PT) were analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in the determination results of Fg, APTT, TT, and PT in the centrifugal time of 5 min, 10 man, 15 man, and 20 min (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: The intervention effect of centrifugation time on the detection of four coagulations is less. Therefore, the time of centrifugation can be reduced appropriately in the practical work to improve work efficiency.
