棉籽糖对小鼠肠道总抗氧化水平丙二醛含量和肠道菌群的影响 被引量:5

Effects of raffinose on intestinal total antioxidant capacity,malondialdehyde contents and intestinal flora in mice

摘要 本试验研究了棉籽糖对小鼠肠道总抗氧化水平、丙二醛含量和肠道菌群的影响。笔者将60只KM小鼠随机均分为对照组、TI组和T2组,分别喂基础日粮、添加0.1%棉籽糖的基础日粮和添加0.3%棉籽糖的基础日粮;试验持续30 d。试验结束时测定小鼠肠道总抗氧化水平(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和肠道菌群数量。结果表明:T1组和T2组小鼠回肠T-AOC水平较对照组分别提高了56.20%(P<0.05)和85.95%(P<0.01);T1组和T2组小鼠回肠MDA含量较对照组分别降低了27.24%(P<0.05)和35.32%(P<0.05)。T1组和T2组小鼠盲肠肠杆菌和肠球菌数较对照组分别减少了30.82%(P>0.05)和62.04%(P<0.05)、46.27%(P>0.05)和62.02%(P<0.05);T1组和T2组小鼠盲肠乳酸菌和双歧杆菌数较对照组分别增加了77.54%(P>0.05)和69.57%(P>0.05)、119.14%(P<0.05)和289.51%(P<0.05)。结果表明:棉籽糖能够提高小鼠肠道的总抗氧化水平并降低丙二醛含量;棉籽糖具有调节小鼠肠道菌群的功能。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of raffinose on intestinal total antioxidant capacity, malondialdehyde contents and intestinal flora in mice. Sixty KM mice, were randomly assigned into three dietary treatment groups for a 30 days study, which were fed basal diets (control group), basal diets supplemented with 0.1% raffinose (T1 group) and basal diets supplemented with 0.3% raffinose (T2 group), respectively. At the end of the trial, intestinal total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), intestinal malondialde- hyde (MDA) contents, the amounts of enterococci, enterobacteriaceae, lactobacilli and bifidobacterium in intestine were detected, re- spectively. The results showed that ileum T-AOC level in T1 group and T2 group were approx 56.20% (P〈0.05) and 85.95% (P〈0.01) higher than those in control group, while ileum MDA contents in T1 group and T2 group were approx 27.24% (P〈0.05) 35.32% (P〈0.05) lower than those in control group. The amounts of enterococci and enterobacteriaceae in T1 group and T2 group were approx 30.82% (P〉 0.05), 62.04% (P〈0.05) and 46.27% (P〉0.05), 62.02% (P〈0.05) lower than those in control group. The amounts of lactobacilli and bifidobacterium in T1 group and T2 group were approx 77.54%(P〉0.05), 69.57%(P〉0.05) and 119.14%(P〈0.05), 289.51%(P〈0.05) higher than those in control group.The results indicated that raffinose supplementation could increase intestinal antioxidant capacity and regulate the intestinal flora in mice.
