发展21世纪中国的马克思主义是提升中国国际话语权,讲述好中国故事、传播好中国声音的重大战略举措。在当下中国社会大变革的新形势下,马克思主义的话语权建构却面临着新的挑战与困难,主要表现为构建马克思主义意识形态话语体系功力不足、高水平成果不多,导致马克思主义在一些学科中"失语"、教科书中"失踪"、论坛上"失声"。鉴于此,习近平在系列讲话中从实现中华民族伟大复兴的高度,提出了一系列新论断新要求新部署,论述了繁荣发展哲学社会科学、坚持马克思主义指导思想的历史意义,阐明了在新的历史条件下为什么要构建马克思主义意识形态话语权、为什么能构建马克思主义意识形态话语权、以及如何构建马克思主义意识形态话语权,对构建当代马克思主义意识形态话语权作出了重要战略思考。

The development of Chinese Marxism is an important strategic measure to improve China＇s international discourse power, to tell the story of China and to spread the voice of China to the world in the 21st century. Discourse power construction of Marxism is facing new challenges and difficulties in the new situation of China＇s social transformation, such as lack of ability in ideology discourse construction of Marxism, not many high-level research achievements. All of these lead to Marxism ＂aphasia＂ in some subjects, disappearance in the teaching materials and loss of voice in the forums. In view of this, Xi Jinping puts forward a series of new requirements and new deployment in a series of speeches from the height of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. He analyzes the historical significance of the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences, and of adhering to the guiding ideology of Marxism.
