福利机构早期教育“三三二二”教育模式的实践研究

摘要 福利机构的儿童大多患有不同类型、程度的疾病,在他们0~6岁的年龄段内加强教育康复可以让他们更好地弥补缺陷、发挥潜能。杭州市儿童福利院在二十多年的探索和实践中,围绕机构内特殊儿童的生理和心理特点,不断总结经验,吸取先进教育理念,形成了福利机构"三三二二"早期教育模式。该模式将保育、教育、康复充分融合,综合性地开展各种形式和内容的训练,让儿童们的早期教育内容更丰富、效果更好,儿童们的认知、精细肌肉、粗大肌肉、生活自理能力等方面都有了明显的发展。 The value and significance of early childhood education and training are of great importance. 0-6 years of age is the fastest period of intellectual development of children. There is also a "critical period" in the study of children's intellectual development, which is also more prominent. Most of the children in the welfare organizations are suffering from different types and degrees of illness. In the age group of 0-6 years of age, education and rehabilitation can help them make up for their shortcomings and develop their potential. Through the exploration and practice of more than 20 years, according to the special physiological and psychological characteristics of children in our welfare institute, we constantly summed up experience and absorbed the advanced education idea and formed the "3322" early education mode for welfare institutions. Nursing, education and rehabilitation are fully integrated in the mode to carry out a comprehensive variety of form and content of training,to make the children's early education content richer and more effective. Children's cognition, fine muscles, coarse muscles, and the abilities to take care of themselves have obvious development.
