社会治理视角下社会组织嵌入社区居家养老服务研究

在社会治理创新体制下,"治理"的内涵更多体现了多元主体的嵌入式和互动式的管理,多元主体中社会组织是其中最重要的参与力量之一,其在整合配置资源、建立关系网络为社会弱势群体提供专业服务方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。就当前国内社会组织嵌入社区居家养老服务新发展的研究基础上,以厦门市某为老服务社会组织嵌入社区居家养老服务为例,探索社会组织嵌入社区居家养老服务过程中的价值嵌入、社会资本嵌入和关系网络嵌入,总结出嵌入式居家养老服务实践的创新之处,从案例中找到更有效地发挥社会组织的治理主体力量和独特优势,引导更多的社会组织参与到社会治理领域,为创新治理体系添砖加瓦。

In the system of social governance innovation, the connotation of ＂governance＂ reflects more embedded and interactive multi subject management. Social organization is one of the most important forces , that integrate resources and set up network to provide professional services for the social vulnerable groups. On the basis of the research ofsocial organization service embedded community endowment, as social organization service embedded community home endowment in Xiamen city an example. The process of exploring value embedded, capital embeddedand relational embedded, summed up the innovation of the embedded home-based care services practice. From the case, finding more effective governance power of social organization and the unique advantages, guide more social organizations to participate in social governance, contribute to the innovation of management system.
