教师专业发展继续教育平台的建构研究

摘要 利用网络学习平台面向教师专业发展实施教师继续教育是一种经济高效的教育途径,但网络教育的特性制约了继续教育的有效性。本文根据中小学教师专业发展的实际需求,并结合其工作特点,提出了教师专业发展继续教育平台的设计目标,并采用多种网络技术和人工智能技术,建构了"网络学院"模式的继续教育学习平台,此平台具有"草根式"网络课程生成模式、防作弊处理技术、学习过程电子档案、资源推送服务、自动答疑和人工征集答案混合方式这五大特色,一定程度上克服了开展网络教育的制约因素,为教师专业发展继续教育平台的有效实施提供了保障。 It is a cost-effective way to implement continuous education for Teachers Professional Development (TPD) by e-Learning platform,but the characteristics of network education restricts its validity.Based on the real demand of TPD and the characteristics of teachers' work, this paper presented the design and development goals of e-Learning platform for TPD.By adopting various network technologies and AI technologies,an continuous education platform was established in the form of a "Cyber College" .The platform has five major characteristics.That is, it has a generative model of grass-root-style online courses,anti-cheating technologies,an e-record of the learning process, personalized supply of resources,and a mixed pattern of automatic question-answering and manual answer-collecting.These five characteristics, to some extent,overcame the constraints of network education and guaranteed the effective operation of the e-Learning platform for TPD.
