摘要
美国校长信息化领导力评价标准呈现多元化趋势,从知识技能考评视角、自我认知评价视角和培训绩效评估视角下分析其发展现状,总结美国信息化领导力评价的主要特点:多源化的评价主体、多样化的价值需求、多维性的参与路径。美国校长信息化领导研究启示我们:在价值需求方面,丰富评价标准的内在价值取向;在评价主体方面,满足外部评价标准同时兼顾自我认知;在评价维度方面,拓展能力评价的时间、空间与方式。
The aszsessment standard of principal technology leadership in the United States shows a tendency of diversity.Tills stucly analyzed the status quo of its development from the perspective of knowledge and skills evaluation,self--cognitive evaluation and training performance evaluation,and summed up the main features of American technology leadership assessment:the multi-source evaluation of the subject,the diversity of the value of demand.and the multidimensional participation path.Some implications are drawn from the study of the American principal technology leadership assessment.Firstly,from the perspective of value demand.we need to enrich the internal value orientation of the assessment standard.Secondly,from the perspective of subject evaluation.we should meet the needs of the external Finally,from the perspective of regarding time,space and method. asesment standard while taking evaluation dimension.we need to self-cognition into consideration. expand the capacity assessment
