基于科技情报视角的众创空间信息服务需求及对策研究

Study on Information Service Demand and Countermeasures to Maker Space in the Perspective of Sci-tech Information

[目的/意义]为科技情报机构服务企业创新提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述众创空间的内涵,通过问卷调查并结合文献调研,分析众创空间的服务模式、信息服务现状以及对科技情报服务的需求。[结果/结论]提出面向众创空间提升科技情报机构服务能力的对策,包括提高自身服务水平、加强与科技服务机构协作、建立长效服务机制。

[Purpose/signlficance]The paper is to provide reference for sei-tech information institute＇s serving enterprise innova- tion. [Method/process]The paper elaborates the connotation of maker space, and analyzes their service mode, status quo of information serviee, and sci-tech information service demand by questionnaire and document survey. [Result/conclusion]It puts forwards counter- measures for make spaee on improving sci-tech information institute＇s service abilities, such as raising their own service level, enhancing cooperation, and establishing long-term service mechanism.
