Isobar动态固定联合腰椎融合治疗腰椎退行性变的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析腰椎退行性变患者应用Isobar动态固定联合腰椎融合与椎弓根内固定联合椎间融合术治疗的不同效果。方法选择腰椎退行性变患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组患者给予Isobar动态固定联合腰椎融合术治疗,对照组患者给予椎弓根内固定联合椎间融合术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);腰椎的总活动度、邻近节段的活动度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Isobar动态固定联合腰椎融合治疗腰椎退行性变的效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the different effects of Isobar dynamic fixation combined with lumbar fusion and pedicle screw fixation combined with interbody fusion in patients with degenerative lumbar spine. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of degenerative lumbar spine patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given Isobar dynamic fixation and lumbar fusion, while the control group was given pedicle screw fixation combined with interbody fusion, then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-c~ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05); the total activity of lumbar spine and the activity of adjacent segment in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Isobar dynamic fixation combined with lumbar fusion has better effect on degenerative lumbar spine, which is worthy of promoting in clinic.
