护理干预在226例乳腺增生症患者中应用的效果观察

Observation on the effect of nursing intervention in 226 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia

目的探讨护理干预在乳腺增生症患者中应用的效果。方法选取我院收治的452例乳腺增生症患者为研究对象,根据入院单双号分为研究组和对照组,各226例。对照组患者给予常规临床护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预,对比两组患者的临床疗效,护理前、后情绪改善情况,生活质量以及护理满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.25%,对照组治疗总有效率为78.76%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后负面情绪评分较治疗前均有所改善,但研究组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为95.58%,明显高于对照组的78.32%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺增生症患者实施综合护理干预,能有效改善患者的负面情绪,提高临床治疗效果及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods Four hundred and fifty-two cases with mammary gland hyperplasia in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the odd and even numbers of hospital admission, with 226 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine clinical care, while the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect, mood improvement and quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.25%, and the control group was 78.76%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The negative emotional score in the two groups after the intervention were better than that before, but the improvement degree of the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference in the quality of life score between the research group and the control group （P〈 0.05）, The nursing satisfaction degree of the research group was 95.58%, which was significantly higher than 78.32% of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with mammary gland hyperplasia can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients, clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
