腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的心理护理措施及临床效果

Psychological nursing measures and clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on interstitial tubal pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的心理护理措施及临床效果。方法将81例输卵管间质部妊娠患者随机分为观察组(39例)和对照组(42例),分别实施腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗,并对所有患者实施心理护理,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的术后切口愈合时间、下床活动时间及术后住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量SF-36量表各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者的输卵管通畅率和宫内妊娠率均显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠过程中,对患者实施相应的心理护理可获得理想的临床效果,但腹腔镜手术效果更佳。

Objective To explore the psychological nursing measures and clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of interstitial tubal pregnancy. Methods Eighty-one cases of patients with tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group （39 cases） and control group （42 cases）, the observation group received laparoscopic surgery, and the control group accepted open surgery, all the patients were treated with psychological nursing. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The healing time, the time of getting out of bed and the length of hospital stays in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The patency rate and miyamauchi rate of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of interstitial tubal pregnancy, the implementation of the appropriate psychological care measures can obtain the ideal clinical effect, and the effect of laparoscopic surgery is better.
