Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing intervention on premature rupture of fetal membranes. Methods One hundred and forty cases of premature rupture of fetal membranes admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 70 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, the experimental group added comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The gestational weeks, postpartum hemorrhage and the postpartum situation of newborn were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the newborms" weight and Apgar scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the mortality rate was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05); the postpartum hemorrhage amount and infection rate of the maternal in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05), and the gestational weeks was longer than that of the control group (P 〈0.05); the nursing satisfactory and clinical nursing scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is conductive to improving the survival rate of the newborn to accept reasonable clinical nursing measures and the prevention of clinical infection. Comprehensive nursing intervention can do a good job in improving the safety of delivery.
