摘要
针对当前大型搪瓷拼装罐、搪玻璃设备及配件等用钢板在涂搪时易产生鳞爆的问题,宝钢在充分实验研究和验证的基础上,利用热轧产线和厚板产线成功地开发了适应于双面涂搪要求的热轧板和中厚板等多个品种。重点阐述了钢板的成分设计、显微组织和性能特点。研究和应用结果表明,钢板不仅满足了在双面涂搪时的抗鳞爆要求,而且具有较强的抗高温强度软化和变形能力、优良的塑韧性和焊接性,完全满足了使用要求。
When applied enamel to the traditional hot-rolled steel strips and heavy plates to manufac- ture bolted enameled steel tanks and glass-lined equipment a serious fishscale problem appears fre- quently. On the basis of investigation and verification in laboratory, a series of varieties of hot-rolled steel strips and heavy plates suitable for double-sided enameling and glass-lining processes are deve- loped successfully at Baosteel. The chemical compositions, effects of elements, microstructure, and the typical properties of those steel products were expounded. The results show that they are of excellent fishscale resistance, weldability and higher yield strength at high-temperature firing, and can surely satisfy the requirements of the double-sided enameled ware and glass-lined equipment, in particular, without any fishscale defect.
