变压器绕组光纤光栅温度传感器的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 基于光纤光栅原理,研制了直接测量变压器绕组内部温度的光纤传感器,对传感器的封装工艺、材料进行了优化设计,解决了热力场和应力影响问题。经过温度标定实验,对光纤温度传感器进行了温度校准。现场实验表明,光纤温度传感器与电子传感器的测量温度能够保持较好的一致性和重复性,测量灵敏度小于0.1℃,测量精度可达到±0.5℃,满足变压器绕组内部温度的实时在线检测要求。 Based on the principle of fiber Bragg grating ( FBG), an optical fiber sensor was designed to directly measure the internal temperature of transformer winding, and the packaging technology and material of the sensor were optimized, which could solve the problems caused by thermal field and stress. After the temperature calibration experiment, the temperature calibration was carried on to the optical fiber temperature sensors. The field experiment showed that good consistency and repetition of temperature measurement were kept between the optical fiber temperature sensor and the electronic sensor, and the system' s measurement sensitivity is less than 0.1℃, and the measurement accuracy is up to ±0.5 ℃, which meets the requirements of the real-time online detection of the internal temperature of the transformer winding.
