摘要
初步研究了肌醇与钙的协同作用对辣椒幼苗生长发育的影响。研究结果显示,在肌醇与钙配合施用条件下,辣椒幼苗的生物量、叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标以及SOD、POD等保护性酶活性均得到了显著的提高;其中,以E处理组(5.0 mg/L肌醇+400 mg/L Ca^(2+))的效果最佳,表现出较好的协同作用。
The preliminary study on the synergistic action of inositol and calcium ion to the growth and development of pepper seedlings was carried out. The results indicated that: under the synergistic action of inositol and calcium ion,the several physiological indexes( such as biomass,chlorophyll content,and root vigor) and the activities of some antioxidant enzymes( such as SOD and POD) of pepper seedlings were significantly increased. Among all treatments,treatment E( 5.0 mg/L inositol + 400mg/L Ca^(2+)) obtained the best effects on the growth and development of pepper seedlings and manifested a better synergistic action.
