摘要 选取了云南省作为研究区域,采用自下而上的水足迹分析法,从时间与空间的角度定量分析了云南省的水资源供需状况,并对其进行了评价,结果表明:云南省水资源总量从2000年的2447.55亿m^3下降到了2013年的1707.00亿m^3,下降了30.26%;人均水足迹从2000的595.05 m^3减少到了2013年的590.81 m^3,减少了0.71%,总体呈波动上升趋势。2000~2013年云南省降水量呈波动下降趋势,从5184.00亿m^3下降到4177.00亿m^3。昆明市成为人均水足迹增长最快的城市,丽江市最慢;云南省水资源总量和人均水资源量较为丰富,但水资源在时间和空间上分布极度不均衡,合理利用水资源,提高水资源的利用效率是其应关注的重点。 Through adopting the from-bottom-to-top water footprint analysis method,we quantitatively analyzed and evaluated the water supply-demand situation of Yunnan province from the view point of time and space. The results showed that: the total water resources of Yunnan province decreased from 244755 million m^3 in 2000 to 170700 million m^3 in 2013,and the reduction rate was 30.26%; the per-capita water footprint decreased from 595.05 m^3 in 2000 to 590.81 m^3 in 2013,and the reduction rate was 0.71%. The precipitation in Yunnan province during 2000 ~ 2013 showed a fluctuating downward trend,and it decreased from 518400 million m^3 to 417700 million m^3. The per-capita water footprint increased fastest in Kunming city and slowest in Lijiang city. The total water resources and per-capita water resources of Yunnan province were relatively abundant,but the temporal distribution and spatial distribution of water resources in this province were very uneven,thus the reasonable utilization of water resources and the improvement of water use efficiency should be paid more attentions in the future.
