云南省反刍动物用饲草料霉菌毒素污染情况初报 被引量:11

Investigation on Mycotoxins Contamination of Ruminant Forage Grass and Feed in Yunnan

摘要 文章对云南省送采72个反刍动物用牧草、秸秆、青贮、果树叶、混合用料和精料补料样品采用ELISA试纸卡进行黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马毒素的定性和定量检测。结果表明:云南省反刍动物用混合饲料霉菌毒素污染较单一饲草料普遍,2种霉菌毒素共存的现象在样品中超过69%,需引起从业者的重视,同时应加强检测与防控。 Four kinds of mycotoxins (aflatoxins B1 ,zearalenone,deoxynivalenol,fumonisin)contents in 72 samples(including silage, tree leave, grass, straw, mixture and concentrate) were determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in Yunnan province. The results showed that the mycotoxin contamination of mixture were more common than that of single raw material, 2 kinds of mycotoxin coexisted in a sample were above 69%, which should cause the attention of practitioner in the detection and prevention and control.
