激光熔化沉积快速成形TA15钛合金钎焊接头力学性能与组织研究

摘要 为了探索激光熔化沉积快速成形技术制备TA15钛合金的焊接性能,采用Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni系钎料对激光熔化沉积快速成形TA15之间以及与普通棒材TA15分别进行真空钎焊,通过扫描电镜与能谱分析等手段,测试了接头室温和高温力学性能,并进一步对钎焊接头界面的元素分布及钎焊接头的组织进行了分析。试验结果表明:采用Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni钎料钎焊激光熔化沉积快速成形TA15接头力学性能优良,且表现出优异的高温性能,焊接系数大于0.9;焊缝中心的显微组织均为网篮组织,室温拉伸断裂呈脆性断裂、高温呈韧性断裂特征。 In order to study the welding mechanical properties of titanium alloy TA15 fabricated by laser melting deposition manufacturing, it was brazed in vacuum between LMD TA15 and general pole each other with Ti-Zr-Cu-N filler mental. The welding mechanical properties in room and high temperature were tested by means of scanning electron microscopy( SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). Furtherly, the microstructure and element distribution of brazed joint were analyzed. The results showed that the tensile strength of brazed joint between LMDTA15 and general pole was excellent, especially in high temperature. And the welding coefficient was greater than 0.9.Furthermore, the basket structure was observed on the center of the welding joint. And brittle fracture was observed on the appearances of room temperature tensile specimen, but ductile fracture on the appearances of high temperature tensile specimen.
