上南公交创新成果介绍——大宇客车DL08发动机校验台

Introduction of DAEDWOO DL08 Engine Checkout Stand

近年来，上海浦东新区上南公交公司陆续引进了大量的大宇客车，该车型搭载的DL08欧Ⅲ发动机，是韩国斗山公司开发的一款直列6缸电控直喷发动机，采用高压共轨燃油喷射技术。公司技术人员在车辆日常养护和维修中发现，由于DL08电喷发动机的电控单元必须安装于车身内才能发挥功能，在脱离车身后无法正常启动，导致该发动机大修后只能安装在车辆上进行调试。

After overhaul of DL08 engine of Euro III, its electronic-control unit has to be installed to the body of vehicle, so as to perform functionally, which will make engine test difficult. To solve this problem, the author developed a checkout stand for DL08 engine.
