摘要
针对冷连轧机组机架之间乳化液流量分配固定且不能随着轧制速度变化而动态调整的问题,经过大量现场试验与理论研究,充分考虑到冷连轧机组的设备与工艺特点,在首次提出了一个乳化液冷却能力系数的基础上,以保证冷连轧机组整体冷却效果最佳、机架间冷却能力均匀作为控制目标,以机架所允许的乳化液流量许用最大值以及乳化液理论最佳流量作为约束条件,给出了乳化液流量动态综合优化设定方法,并将其推广应用到某1 220五机架冷连轧机组,取得了良好的使用效果,充分发挥了各机架乳化液的冷却能力,同时避免了因乳化液流量供给不足产生的轧制压力异常增大以及轧制压力"倒挂"等问题,为现场创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
With reference to the problems of fixed emulsion flow distribution,being unble to be adjusted dynamically with the change of rolling speed,this study made a lot of field experiments and theoretical research to study the comprehensive optimization setting technology of emulsion in cold rolling process. The technology fully considered the mechanical and technological characteristics of cold rolling unit,and put forward a dynamic setting method of emulsion flow.The best overall cooling effect of cold rolling unit and uniform cooling capacity among stands were taken as the control targets,the maximum permissible emulsion flow and optimum emulsion flow in theory were taken as constraints,then the cooling capacity coefficient of emulsion was present for the first time. The method was developed to use in a sertain1 220 five stands cold rolling unit,and obtained good results. The emulsion cooling capacity of each stand was fully utilized,the abnormal increase of the rolling force and rolling pressure upside down caused by inadequate emulsion flow were avoided,creating greater economic benefits for enterprises with further popularization and application values.
