不同厂家的伏格列波糖片溶出曲线的考察

摘要 建立伏格列波糖片溶出曲线测定方法。建立了具有区分力的PH5.8溶出介质,并得出了不同生产厂家的伏格列波糖片在工艺上的差别。 An HPLC method was established for determination of dissolution profile of voglibose tablets. Discriminative PH5.8 dissolution medium was established. It's found that there are differences in formulation and preparation process of voglibose tablets between the various manufacturers.
