摘要
气田开发过程中出水会严重影响气井产量。当气井井底积液过多并且气流量较少时,气流无法带出井底积液,此时通过向气井中加入泡沫排水剂,可以方便快捷完成排水,并且节约成本。本章对两种实验室已优选出的完整泡沫排水剂体系分别进行了动态携液能力测试,并且研究了凝析油、矿化度、温度对其携液能力的影响,最终筛选出了LAB-35+OP-10体系。它的耐油度达到16%,耐矿化度能力达到100 000 mg/L,耐温能力达到70℃。
The well bottom water can seriously affect the production of gas well during the process of gas field development. When the bottom water of gas well has too much and gas flow is less, the air flow can not bring out the bottom hole loaded liquid. Injecting foam drainage agent to the gas well, can conveniently and quickly bring out the loaded liquid, and the cost can be saved. In this paper, the dynamic liquid carrying capacities of two kinds of foam drainage systems were tested, and effect of condensate oil, mineralization degree, temperature on the liquid carrying capacity was investigated. Finally, LAB-35+OP-10 system was screened out, its oil resistance reached to16%, the resistance to salinity reached to 100 000 mg/L, and the temperature resistance reached to 70℃.
